We are located at the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains in Blount County Tennessee. We have been working with honey bees for about 5 years now and just recently decided to make it a small business. My name is Brandon Marine. I am the founder of Marine Apiaries. I started learning about honey bees from my great friend and mentor Mr.Charles DeBusk, the founder of DeBusk Apiaries in Knoxville, TN. Mr DeBusk took the time to teach me not only the core fundamentals of raising honey bees but also taught me me some advanced knowledge about honey bees also. Mr DeBusk really knows “What all the buzz is about” . With that knowledge along with some I learned along the way and some experience here we are today. I say we because Marine Apiaries doesn’t just consist of me alone we are a group effort. My wife Shannon is a great help. She really gets in there and does anything she can to help out. She has a true passion for honey bees. Most all pictures seen on this site were taken by Mrs. Shannon as everyone calls her.
